Summary  
Provide administrative support to Operations including efficiently managing the inventory and other daily operational requirements to assure effective and productive operations of the Texas warehouse by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Manage Texas Railroad Commission (TRC) relationship with respect to station submittals signed by a “Manager” as defined by TRC, correspondence, inspection scheduling, etc. Work with other CE departments as needed and related to TRC.
Support the company’s Fleet Management including the registration of the fleet registered in Texas.
Manage inventory and provide supply chain support for the Dallas warehouse including ordering, stocking, shipping and receiving of items and updating the AX system.
Provide FSA software support and processing for the Central Region and backup for the Operations Analyst.
Answer incoming calls and determine purpose of callers; forward calls to appropriate personnel or department.
Retrieve messages from voice mail and forward to appropriate personnel.
Record and deliver messages or transfer calls to voice-mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
Answer questions about organization and provide callers with address, directions, and other information.
Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate personnel.
Manage appearance of the office on a daily basis.
Assist with organizing meetings including technology set-up.
Receive, sort, and route mail, and maintain and route publications.
Create and/or print fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when necessary.
Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating to ensure the smooth operation of the corporate office.
Oversee office supplies including kitchen/coffee supplies and services and assure there is an adequate supply, while not over stocking on any one item.
Maintain fax machines, assist users, send, retrieve and route incoming faxes.
Other duties as assigned.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.       

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience           
High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred, 7+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to work independently and stay organized with minimal supervision.

Mathematical Skills            
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.  Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Reasoning Ability                      
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills      
Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Maintain current “Manager“ level license with the Texas Railroad Commission
