More Good Reasons

Green Standard for Sustainability
You probably already knew that natural gas burns much more cleanly than gasoline and diesel, producing significantly lower greenhouse gas emissions. But did you also know that natural gas is increasingly renewable, using biomethane reclaimed from landfill via waste-to-energy solutions? Clean Energy is helping companies and public organizations meet aggressive environmental goals.

Proven Strong Leadership
You will join a team of accomplished, seasoned professionals at Clean Energy, led by Andrew Littlefair. Mr. Littlefair served as President of Pickens Fuel Corp (PFC), predecessor company of Clean Energy, which he co-founded in 1997 with Boone Pickens and was Staff Assistant to then President Ronald Reagan in the Office of Presidential Advance from 1983 to 1987.

Solid Growth
Clean Energy has the right solutions at the right time, as more and more organizations are exploring alternative fuel vehicles and solutions. For instance, in October 2016 we opened a new state-of-the-art CNG station, in partnership with FedEx, in Oklahoma City. The station that will allow over 100 FedEx Freight Class 8 trucks (big-rigs) to use the convenience of fast-fueling as well as money-saving time-fueling.

Excellent Compensation
In addition to a competitive wage, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental and other insurances, a 401(k) plan with discretionary company match, paid time off and more. You may also receive a company truck, which you'll fuel at the stations, a cell phone, tablet and uniform.

Keys to Success

As Field Service Maintenance Mechanic I working the night shift, you will play an essential role in helping the team operate effectively and efficiently. You'll impact site maintenance and help organize major maintenance and repairs for the following day through the work orders you will generate. You will also help with the less time intensive repairs, leaving more senior techs open to do things like rebuild compressors. Meanwhile, you'll become familiar with our operations, learn the equipment and build your skills as you complete training and daily tasks so that you can move up to level II in time. You'll find your way, but first you will need to learn the terminology, understand and respect the higher pressure, always follow safety protocols, and learn CNG and eventually LNG equipment. We'll give you the tools you need to succeed through a varied training program (for example, you will train one week in Denver, work in the field with a mentor for a time, then travel back to Denver for a second week of training), but you should come in and get right down to the business of learning and performing your role.

If you're the person we seek, you will also have these key competencies:

A strong sense of urgency -- a customer centric attitude and sense of urgency in protecting the client's and Clean Energy's interests. Compressors are on an auto-call system and if there's a problem, response must be immediate as designated by contract.

A "do what it takes" attitude -- you should be hard-working, dedicated, and present Clean Energy in the best light possible. Attitude is always important.

Reliability -- work all of your shifts to the best of your abilities.
